More than 900 bags still continue to be lost at Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 every single day. Budget Flights was told this week that T5's baggage handling system is misdirecting large volumes of luggage, with as much as one in 12 passengers having delays in receiving there Cases.
The findings are in sharp contrast to a recent statement given by BA chief executive Willie Walsh, who had said to passengers now "enjoy" using the 4.3 billion Pound facility.
